The standard we build to

Our target is WCAG 2.1 (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at conformance level AA on every page. Before each rebuild of the site goes live we run it through automated checks and also try it by hand: keyboard only, with screen readers, and on phones.

In practice that means semantic HTML with one clean heading outline per page, a skip link to the main content, and landmarks marking the header, navigation, main area and footer. Menus and forms can be driven from the keyboard alone, and whatever has focus is visibly outlined. Text and background colors clear the AA contrast ratio. You can enlarge text to 200 percent without anything going missing. Nothing flashes, and nothing moves in a way you can't pause; if your device asks for reduced motion, animations stay off. Each image carries a written description, each form field is labeled, and no form puts you on a clock.

You never need the site to reach us. Asking a question, requesting an estimate, raising a concern: all of it works over the phone at (772) 348-2800, at any hour on any day.

Photos are the one place we know we fall short. Some pictures capture site conditions that words don't fully convey, so each description sticks to what the page needs. If it leaves you unsure, call and we'll describe what's in the picture.
