LegalYour information and how we use it
We gather what it takes to quote and pour your job, and none of it is sold on.
Policy in force since September 2026. Anything you want to ask about it can go to hello@portstlucieconcreteco.com, any time.
The table: what, why and who
| What we collect | Why | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, phone number and email, whether you call, text or fill in the form | To ring you back, book a visit and send the messages a job needs | Us; the licensed crew assigned to your work; the companies that run our phone line, form and scheduling tools |
| Where the job is (street address or ZIP) and what concrete work you have in mind | To write the estimate and, where one is needed, the permit or HOA drawing | The crew; when a permit is pulled for your property, the county (St. Lucie) or the city (Port St. Lucie) that issues it; your HOA when you've asked us to file with them for you |
| A recording of your call to our business line | Quality checks and training; a notice plays before you're connected | Our team and the service that carries the phone line |
| Your mobile number, for text messages | Job updates, plus the occasional reminder such as an offer to reseal a pool deck | Us and the phone service that sends them. Text STOP in reply to any message and the texts stop |
| Visit counts from analytics built to respect privacy | To see how many people come and which pages are doing their job | Only us. No advertising trackers run here |
| Any of the above | When the law requires us to hand it over | Whoever the law says must receive it |
How long we keep it
Your details stay on file so we can take your request through to a finished job and the messages that go with it. We don't sell personal information and we don't rent it out. An automated assistant answers the phone line, notes what you need, and lines up the callback with a person.
What you can ask of us
Write to hello@portstlucieconcreteco.com and we'll show you what we hold, correct it, or erase it. Reminders are optional and you can opt out whenever you like; for texts, one STOP reply does it.
