Book a free, measured estimate
An estimator comes to your property, checks drainage and access, and leaves a written, itemized price.
Phone (772) 348-2800, or use the form; the phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Have the basics ready: the type of job (a pool deck, patio, walkway, driveway, slab or repair), the rough size, and any sketch or HOA rule that applies.
What happens, and when
Today: a callback and a date
You get a call back today and a visit gets booked. The estimator is usually there inside a day or two.
On the day: what the estimator checks
Measurements first. Then where rainwater runs, what the ground is doing, how a mixer truck and pump will reach the spot, and whether the job needs a permit or an HOA sign-off.
On the sheet: every line itemized
Taking out the old slab and hauling it away; digging and a compacted base under it; forms; wire mesh or rebar; control joints; concrete at a thickness matched to the load; the finish you picked; sealing; cleanup. Anything missing from the sheet can't turn up as a surprise later.
The next 30 days: your decision
The written figure holds for 30 days. Approve it and we put the pour on the calendar; no deposit is due until you approve and the date is set. Getting a second estimate elsewhere is fine by us; we'd rather be compared and chosen than have you feel pushed.
A slab that's sunk without warning, or a retaining wall starting to bulge? Use the word urgent on the call and, where we can, someone comes out the same day to look.
