Home › Who handles your job
Our peopleWho you'll deal with
From the first call to the final walk-through, these are the roles that handle your job.
- Phone team
- The line is open at every hour. An automated assistant comes on first and notes your name, your number and what needs pouring or repairing; a person then rings you back inside the hour.
- Estimator
- Measures the site, looks at drainage and soil, and puts the price on paper. Want to know why a slab has to be a particular thickness, or whether a patch will last? You'll get a straight answer.
- Crew lead
- Owns the job from demolition through to the finish: base, forms, steel, pour, finishing, joints, sealing. Walks you over the finished work before the forms go back on the truck.
- Office
- Files permit applications and HOA paperwork, works the pour date around the weather, and makes sure the certificate of insurance never lapses.
Whose crews pour the concrete
Run locally from Port St. Lucie, FL, Port St. Lucie Concrete Co. doesn't pour the concrete itself. That's done by independent, insured crews from the area, not by the people who run this website, and you'll hear who is coming before any date is booked. The referral marketing disclosure spells out the arrangement, and the about page explains how we decide who to work with.
Prefer a human on the line?
Ask for a callback whenever you like; a human being, not a recording, will phone you. Dial (772) 348-2800, or drop a note to hello@portstlucieconcreteco.com.
