A letter to the homeowner
Port St. Lucie, FL, September 2026
Dear homeowner,
You've landed on portstlucieconcreteco.com, a marketing site for concrete work covering Port St. Lucie and the surrounding St. Lucie County, and it's fair that you know how it runs before you call. When you ring the number shown here or submit the estimate form, the request lands with us first. An automated assistant picks up at any hour and writes down what you need; then a person takes over and follows up.
The pouring, finishing and repair is done by independent concrete contractors based around Port St. Lucie, each carrying their own insurance, not by whoever operates this website. Which one takes your job depends on the kind of work, where your property sits, and who has room in the schedule. When a referral turns into a paid job, that contractor may pay us a fee for the referral or for advertising. That arrangement is between us and them, and it doesn't alter the figure you're quoted.
We measure what we do. Calls and forms are tracked, and analytics that respect your privacy tell us which pages and sources bring in inquiries. Recording may be switched on for calls; a notice tells you so at the start. None of that changes your price; it's bookkeeping. Our privacy policy lists what's collected and who it's shared with.
Here's what the setup means for you. You'll know who's coming: ask who will do the work and we'll say before anyone is put on the calendar. What you pay is the figure on the estimate the contractor signs with you, whatever sits behind it. You're welcome to compare; a second opinion about any concrete job is sensible, and we won't try to talk you out of one. And the contractors are their own businesses, with whatever license their trade requires, insurance of their own, and warranty wording of their own. Ask for their certificate of insurance. Read the agreement before you sign.
One more thing. This site may show up in paid advertising or in search results, and any outside service that runs or measures that advertising gets only the data it needs for that task.
If you'd like to know which contractor would take your job, whether a referral plays a part, or how to contact that contractor yourself, ask us. We'd rather explain now than leave you wondering. Phone (772) 348-2800, or write to hello@portstlucieconcreteco.com, and we'll answer.
