What we collect
When you call, text or use our form we collect your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, and a description of the concrete work you want. Calls to our business line may be recorded for quality and training; you'll hear a notice at the start of the call. Our phone line uses an automated assistant to take your details and schedule callbacks.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare an estimate and any permit or HOA drawing, schedule and perform work, and send you job-related messages. We may send an occasional reminder (for example, a pool-deck reseal offer). You can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We share your information only with the licensed crew performing your work, the City of Port St. Lucie or St. Lucie County when a permit is filed for your property, your HOA when you ask us to submit on your behalf, our phone, form and scheduling service providers, and as required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Website data
Our site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We don't use advertising trackers.
