Port St. Lucie's commercial growth — the medical and office buildings around Tradition and St. Lucie West, the retail along US-1 and Port St. Lucie Boulevard, the warehouses in the Crossroads and Fort Pierce industrial areas, the churches and schools — all runs on concrete flatwork, and most of it is being repaired, extended or replaced in the same cycle as the buildings. We do the flatwork side: parking-lot pavement and drive aisles, dumpster enclosures and pads, sidewalks and ADA-compliant ramps and curb cuts, loading-dock aprons, equipment pads, and slab-on-grade for small buildings and additions.
Commercial work is a written proposal with a scope, a schedule that keeps your business open, traffic control where the lot stays in use, and the St. Lucie County or City permit and inspections. We work with your engineer's drawings or provide them for simple flatwork, and we're used to the ADA slope and landing rules that city inspectors check on every ramp and sidewalk.
What's included
Parking lots & drive aisles
Concrete paving, curb and gutter, wheel stops, striping coordination; phased so the lot stays open.
Dumpster pads & enclosures
Heavy-duty reinforced pads to the county detail, with the apron the trucks actually drive on.
ADA sidewalks & ramps
Ramps, landings, detectable warnings and cross-slopes to ADA and FDOT index; the details inspectors fail most.
Loading docks & aprons
8- to 10-inch reinforced dock aprons and truck courts.
Slab-on-grade
Engineered slabs for small commercial buildings, additions and canopies.
Repair & replacement
Broken panels, trip hazards, spalled dock edges — replaced section by section on a schedule.

Questions we get about commercial concrete
Concrete or asphalt for a parking lot in Florida?
Concrete costs more up front and lasts two to three times as long in the Florida sun, with no re-sealing every three years. For dumpster pads, drive aisles and anywhere trucks turn, concrete is the only sensible choice; asphalt still wins on a large lot where first cost rules.
Can you work at night or on weekends?
Yes. Retail and medical lots are usually phased overnight or on closed days; we'll write the schedule into the proposal.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes — site work permits with the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County or Martin County, and the inspections that come with them.
Are your ramps ADA-compliant?
That's the whole job. 1:12 running slope, 2 percent cross-slope, 5-foot landings, detectable warning surfaces, and we measure them before the inspector does.
Do you provide a proposal for property managers?
A written scope, per-section pricing, schedule and insurance certificates — what a manager needs to approve the work.
